We have a partnership with APCOA, located just a 2-minute walk away. Parking is available at £105 per month.

What is included in the rent?

Your apartment comes equipped with high-speed WiFi, access to our incredible amenities and 24-hour staff support. Water and electricity are billed based off of consumption, and council tax is payable to the local authority. Outside of these two key costs, just budget for food, furniture, and fun!

How much is Council Tax?

Most studio apartments are Band A – approximately £155.00 per month. Most 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are Band B –approximately £155.00 per month. Most 3-bedroom apartments are Band C – approximately £177.00 per month. This is subject to change every year.

How long are your contracts?

We offer 3-year contracts with break points at 6, 12, and 24 months.
