How do I redeem the discounts?
You can redeem the discounts by using your PLATFORM_ membership resident card, which acts as proof of your residency at PLATFORM_. Simply show your card to our PLATFORM_ Loyalty partners before making any purchases instore and take advantage of the discounts.
For instance, if you visit a café that offers an exclusive discount to PLATFORM_ residents, inform the staff you reside with us and show them your PLATFORM_ card prior to making any orders. This will prove your residency at PLATFORM_.
If any of our partners refuse to grant you the discount after you have presented your PLATFORM_ card, we advise you to immediately contact us at feedback@platform.life, so that we can sort this out for you as soon as possible!

You can get your PLATFORM_ resident membership card directly from your Concierge.
